I am 18 years old and according to 90% of the people I know, I act like I’m much older. I have the humor of a 30 year old and the creaky bones of an old lady. I’ve never been your average teenage girl; I’m not obsessed with material objects (although I do enjoy them, who doesn’t?), makeup, guys, or gossip magazines. Maybe its because I had to grow up a little faster then most teenagers, and I’m past all those trivial things. I was diagnosed with Multiple Hereditary Exotoses when I was 18 months old, you can read all about my health woes in my other blog though.

Although I’m past all the trivial teenage girl things like lip gloss and Brad Pitt, I must confess that I do take a lot of pictures of myself, but its because I’m so gorgeous.

Despite my obvious beauty, I don’t spend my days going to tanning beds. I’m actually quite pale, but I don’t mind it. Fake tans are so not cool. Surprisingly, I don’t waste my time watching MTV, instead for the past two years I have volunteered at a recreational group for the developmentally disabled and in September, I plan on giving college another try in the Child And Youth Worker program.

Although I think like an adult, I can still be really immature. Despite my love for fart jokes, I am still more mature then most people my age. I hate drama, although drama always seems to find me. I am a really sarcastic, over emotional person and I do tend to over dramatize most things, but I am a Gemini so that’s to be expected.
